We’d love to hear from you, especially if you spot a label that doesn’t match what we show. Corrections help every parent who reads this site.
Report a label change or error
Use the form below with “Correction” as the topic and include:
- The product name, brand, flavor, form (liquid, chewable, gummy, etc.), and size.
- A clear photo of the ingredient list (Drug Facts “Inactive ingredients,” Supplement Facts “Other ingredients,” or food ingredient list).
- If possible, a photo showing the lot number or “best by”/expiration date.
- Where you bought it and roughly when (helpful because old and new versions can be on shelves at the same time).
- The page on our site you’re referring to.
What happens next
- We review every correction and re-check the label against current sources.
- If we got something wrong or a formula changed, we update the page, change the “Label checked” date, and add a short note describing the change.
- We don’t publish your name or photos with identifying details without your permission.
For brands and manufacturers
If you make a product we cover and something is out of date, use the form below with “Brand correction” as the topic. Please include current label artwork or a photo, the date the formula changed, and how shoppers can tell new packaging from old. Corrections are reviewed the same way as any reader report. Paid placement and paid changes to results are not available. See how we rate.
